Cancellation Policy

* Bookings are subject to being rescheduled by the counsellor if necessary. * Between 48 hours and 24 hours before the session, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. * Cancellations of less than 24 hours before the session will be charged at 100% of the fee. * Not showing up to the scheduled appointment will incur the full fee. * If the invoice is not paid prior to the session the session will be cancelled. * By paying this invoice you agree to the above terms.
